How the platform works, in the terms that actually govern it today.

This document is being finalised with legal counsel before public launch. What is written below describes how the platform actually behaves today, and is provided for transparency — it is not yet a binding legal instrument.

Project agreements

Each project is governed by its own written agreement, generated from that project's real terms and accepted independently by both parties before work begins. Scope, deliverables, timeline, confidentiality and portfolio rights are set there, and amendments require both sides to agree.

Payments

The platform does not hold, transfer or guarantee project funds. There is no escrow, wallet or payout. For Paid Projects, payment is arranged directly between the Organization and the participant; the platform records the agreed terms and each side's own confirmation. Paid subscriptions are the only money the platform itself handles.

Certificates

A certificate records that a specific project was completed and confirmed by both parties. It is not employment, a degree, or a professional licence, and it does not represent accreditation by any government or educational authority.

Conduct

Accounts that misrepresent themselves, disguise professional work as unpaid experience, or misuse another party's material may be suspended. Projects are reviewed before publication, and flagged projects receive human review.
