About the platform
Turning learning into credible experience
Most people finishing a course, a degree or a self-taught path face the same problem: employers want evidence of real work, and real work is hard to get without evidence. This platform exists to break that loop — by making structured, scoped, real projects available, and by issuing a record of them that someone else can actually check.
Experience Projects
An Experience Project is real work with a defined scope, agreed in writing, completed without a professional fee. It is not an internship, and it is not free labour dressed up: the scope is bounded, the terms are visible before anyone applies, expenses can be supported, and the work produces something the participant can show afterwards.
Verified experience
A certificate issued here means a specific project, with a specific Organization, was completed and confirmed by both sides. It carries a unique number and can be checked by anyone without an account. It is a record of project work — not a degree, not an employment certificate, and not a professional licence.
Organizations
Organizations of any size take part — a small studio, a startup, a large company or a university department. Every Organization is reviewed before its first public project, and those that genuinely support emerging talent can be recognised for it by our team.
Paid opportunities
Some Organizations offer projects with a budget. These are available to Gold members, and payment is arranged directly between the two parties — the platform records what was agreed but does not hold or move project funds.
What we are not claiming
This platform is new. We have not been operating for years, we are not accredited by any government or educational authority, and we do not publish user counts or client logos we have not earned. The design is meant to be serious because the records it issues are serious — not to suggest a history that does not exist.
