What is an Experience Project?
An Experience Project lets someone apply newly learned skills to a defined, real-world piece of work without a professional fee. The Organization receives a clearly scoped contribution; the participant builds professional experience that can be verified afterwards.
- Scope, deliverables, timeline and confidentiality are agreed in writing before any work begins.
- Expenses may still be supported separately. Reimbursing a cost is not a fee, and the two are never presented as the same thing.
- On completion, both sides review each other and a verifiable record of the work is issued.
