This document is being finalised with legal counsel before public launch. What is written below describes how the platform actually behaves today, and is provided for transparency — it is not yet a binding legal instrument.
What is collected
Account and profile details you enter, credential documents you upload for review, project content you create, and records of decisions taken on the platform. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.
Who can see it
Project content is visible to that project's two acting parties. A Supervisor sees progress and decisions but never the contents of attached files. Reviewers and administrators see what their role requires, and every administrative decision is recorded in an audit log.
Deleting your account
Deletion anonymises your personal information rather than erasing shared history. Projects, agreements, certificates and audit records survive, because they are also the other party's record and a certificate must remain verifiable. Certificates keep the names as they stood at issue, so an already-issued record never changes.
How long records are kept
Formal retention periods are part of the legal review still to be completed.
